Terms that cover memberships, content, crews, and platform use.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Crewze, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional rules or policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for all activity that occurs through your account. You must keep your credentials secure and promptly notify Crewze if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.

3. Safe and responsible use

Crewze is intended to support community, route, and coordination experiences, but you remain responsible for using the app safely and lawfully. Do not use Crewze in a way that distracts you from driving, violates traffic laws, creates safety risks, or interferes with other people on the road.

4. Acceptable use

• harass, threaten, impersonate, stalk, or abuse others;
• post unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or deceptive content;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems;
• spam, scrape, exploit, or interfere with the operation of Crewze;
• circumvent moderation, enforcement, membership restrictions, or feature gating;
• use Crewze in a way that risks user safety or platform integrity.

5. User content

You retain ownership of the content you upload or submit through Crewze. By submitting content, you grant Crewze a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, display, reproduce, transmit, and adapt that content as needed to operate, improve, secure, moderate, and provide the service.

6. Memberships and billing

Paid Crewze memberships are billed through Apple’s in-app purchase system and generally renew automatically unless canceled according to Apple’s rules. Apple handles payment processing, subscription management, renewals, and cancellations through your App Store account.

Crewze may change plan features, pricing, naming, or availability in the future. Unless otherwise required by law, changes will not retroactively alter a billing period already paid for.

7. Feature availability

Some Crewze features are available only on certain membership tiers or require specific permissions, devices, operating system versions, or third-party services. Crewze may add, change, suspend, or remove features over time.

8. Third-party services and integrations

Crewze may rely on or integrate with third-party services such as Apple, Firebase, mapping providers, media providers, or optional social integrations. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms, policies, and technical limitations.

9. Moderation and enforcement

Crewze may review reports, investigate misuse, remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when needed to protect users, enforce these terms, comply with law, or preserve the safety and integrity of the platform.

10. Suspension, termination, and deletion

You may stop using Crewze at any time. Crewze may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, create safety risks, or interfere with the operation of the platform. Certain information may remain after account closure as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual property

Except for user content and third-party materials, Crewze and its associated branding, software, visual design, and service materials are owned by Crewze or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of Crewze intellectual property to you.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

Crewze is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crewze disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted service, and error-free availability.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crewze will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the service.

14. Changes to these terms

Crewze may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the date above. Continued use of Crewze after the updated terms take effect means the revised terms will apply.
